                MEET THE TEACHER NIGHT B.B.Q. NIGHT!

                       Monday, September 14, 2015   

                   5:00 to 7:00 pm (food available until 7pm)

It is time for the Annual MEET THE TEACHER “BBQ” night at Holy Family. Bring the whole family out to meet the teachers from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and enjoy a hotdog or hamburger with the school community!  We are planning to have the food outside on the playground area, so please bring with you, blankets and / or lawn chairs. There will also be tables set up inside the gymnasium in the event of cooler weather!  Bring your appetite!  

Please note:  Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult.

NEW!!!  Your Parent Council members from last year decided to make the event a bit different this year… we have hired FOOD TRUCKS- one for your meal and one for dessert!  Pop, water, juice and chips will also be available for $1.00 each in the gym along with the 50/50 tickets.

As always, Council funds will support the children’s meals.  All children enrolled in Holy Family will receive one free food ticket – pick it up on the night of the event.  No pre-ordering is required! 

The staff and council look forward to meeting you.  Teachers will host a 15 minute curriculum session for parents following this timetable-

•         5:30        ELKP

•         5:45        1/2 

•         6:00        2/3

•         6:15        3/4    

•         6:30        5/6

•         6:45        7/8

The French teacher will be joining with the classes then as well.

Parents can also wander freely with their child to the classes, when the teachers are not doing their talk. 

There will not be an opportunity interview the teacher about your child’s progress.   A progress interview should be planned by a phone call to the teacher.  Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
